RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since we create each piece of apparel just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend checking out our detailed sizing charts. And if you have any questions or need a hand choosing the right size, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly team!
We guarantee the quality of our embroidery and apparel services. If an item gets shipped out that has a quality issue (holes, stains, etc.), we are happy to replace that at no cost to the customer once the damaged item has been returned. We must be contacted within 7 days of order delivery for any damaged or defective items. Please contact us regarding damaged items.
